AUTOMAIL is software we made ourselves. Financial advisors were spending too much of the day on slow, repetitive admin, so we built one tool that takes care of it. They use it every day, in French, Dutch and English.
A financial advisor is good at one thing: sitting down with someone, working out their situation, and figuring out the right plan. That part was never the problem. It was everything around it, the admin that piled up before and after every meeting.
Every meeting ended with a long email: which products, what amounts, which funds, the projections. Written from scratch each time, and twice as long for couples.
Clients were scattered across inboxes, notebooks and spreadsheets. No single list, nothing shared, no record of who said what.
The numbers got worked out by hand or in another tool, which slowed the meeting down and left room for mistakes.
Once the team grew, no one could easily see where each client stood, or what had changed.
Instead of four separate tools, we made one. It all shares the same information, so an advisor goes from "who am I seeing next" to "send the follow-up" without switching apps or retyping anything.
Pick a client and the email more or less writes itself: the products you talked about, the amounts, the funds, the projections. You read it over and send.
Every client moves through the same clear steps, from first contact to signed, with an archive for the rest. One place, one history.
For a team, the dashboard shows where everyone stands at a glance, instead of guessing or asking around.
Pension, long-term savings, budget, inflation and more, all following the Belgian rules. So the number on screen is the real one, not a rough guess.
This app holds people's savings and personal details, so we took security and getting the numbers right seriously from the start, not as something to patch in later.
The database says no to everything unless we explicitly allow it, and all of that lives in one place we can check. Even if a key leaked, the data stays shut.
Every client keeps a record of every change and who made it. When you're dealing with other people's money, you want to be able to look back.
Whether you have fifty clients or thousands, the list stays quick, because it only draws the rows you can actually see.
The free trial is protected from abuse without getting in a real user's way. Sign-in, access and billing just work, and the checks happen quietly in the background.
What used to be a long write-up after every meeting is now a few clicks.
Clients, their history and where they stand all live in one shared list.
Advisors run the projections live, instead of promising to send them afterwards.
Three languages, a whole team, a full history, and it doesn't fall over when a payment fails or someone tries something clever.
Nobody asked us to build AUTOMAIL. We saw the problem, worked out what would actually help, and made it. That's how we like to work: understand the real job, skip the parts that don't matter, and build something people actually use. If you've got a problem worth solving properly, we'd like to hear about it.
